ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 417 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.4 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the misappropriated amount yet to be recovered.

4.The F.I.R has been lodged based on the partnership dispute. This Court went through the statement of accounts. It is seen that the number of self cheques were drawn by the petitioner and also encashed by him. Since the bank statement indicates that the petitioner has withdrawn substantial partnership amount to his own credit, taking note of the fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
