This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.24033 of 2024, dated 14.10.2024 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings of the District Collector in Na.Ka.No.E-Colrev/Colr/3016897/2025/B6, dated 27.05.2025 is placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and the proceedings of the District Collector in Na.Ka.No.E-Colrev/Colr/3016897/2025/B6, dated 27.05.2025, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the proceedings to the petitioner 2/4

and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
