This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.64 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District against the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the parties were entered into compromise and the matter has been closed and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
