ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case, in Crime No.443 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent and to entrust the same to the third respondent for fair investigation and to file a report before the competent Court.

2. A perusal of CD file shows that further statement of this petitioner was recorded on 17.04.2023. In view of the above said further statement, he made some suspicion. There is allegation against some of the persons, but, the final report has been preferred on 24.04.2023, without even refer the above said further statement and not taking the above said statement into account. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Uthamapalayam, to monitor the above said investigation. In the light of the above said further statement, let the investigation be completed within a period of three months.
