5.J.Arun 6.M.Sundhraraman : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AA2/750/2018 dated on 27.02.2018 on the file of the respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2018 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court challenging the notice issued by the fourth respondent directing him to appear in respect of the patta proceedings.

2.Notices were ordered in the writ petition. During the pendency of the writ petition, it appears that the fourth respondent has passed final orders by proceedings dated 31.08.2018, in the patta proceedings, in favour of the fifth respondent. The copy of the proceedings has been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents. In view of the subsequent development namely, the final order being passed in the patta proceedings, the original challenge in the writ petition in respect of the said proceedings cannot be maintained any further.

3.Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the issue raised in the present writ petition does not survive for further consideration before this Court. In case, the petitioner has any grievance in regard to the final order passed by the fourth respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.

4.The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed, with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
