Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent i.e the State Level Empowered Committee, Integrated Finance Complex, Chennai, to pass appropriate orders on the further appeal preferred by the petitioner on 21.01.2021, regarding reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him on 17.08.2018 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 21.01.2021.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
