O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to give suitable police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and the petitioner's peaceful enjoyments in the above said property regarding his complaint dated 04.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that upon enquiry conducted between the petitioner and the rival party, the rival party had given an undertaking not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner and also informed that he would seek to establish his rights before the civil forum is recorded. 4.This petition stands closed with the observation that it will open to the petitioner to bring to notice of the respondent police any particular incident of the interference/threat and thereupon the respondents will afford such protection as found appropriate.
