Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned proceedings Na.Ka.A2/1632/2017 dated 08.03.2018 passed by the first respondent and for a consequential direction to forbear the respondents from taking sand from the petitioner's patta land and to restore the sand already taken from the petitioner's patta land in Survey No.336/1 and 336/2 at Sevalpatti Panchayat Vempamkottai Panchayat Union, Virdhunagar.
