ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 11 (1), 12 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.58 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sattankulam Police Station, Tuticorin District, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the State. 3.The defacto complainant has given complaint that the petitioner is stalking her. The issue concerns safety of a young girl.

age of 18 and that is why the provisions of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, have been invoked in this case. 5.This Court finds no merit in this case. The Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
