Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.KUMARESAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)NO.706/2016 in CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.22380 OF 2015 and M/S.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)NO.707/2016 in CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.22515 OF 2015 and M/S N.ANANDAKUMAR,Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)NO.708/2016 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.22504 OF 2015 and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Govt. Advocate( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all cases and the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09/12/2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.22380,22515 &22504 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., & 5.00 p.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
