73/1 and 49 survey numbers in North Kadarkarai, Kudiyeruppu, Pudukudi, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District for more than 70 years by putting up construction in the lands. In the above circumstances, the petitioners filed an application dated 09.03.2018 seeking patta to the petitioners before the first respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 09.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
