This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2018 for conducting "Aadal Padal (dance Programme)" show at the evening hours on 21.01.2018 in the light of Sri Arulmigu Kaliamman Temple Pongal at Keelanmarai Nadu Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ District.

2.Heard, Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival the petitioner conducted Aadal Paadal Dance Programme. This year it is scheduled to be held on 21.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation on 05.01.2018 to the respondents. But, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 20.01.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
