O R D E R

The petitioner, an accused in case pending trial in C.C.No.43 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumayam seeks a direction for early disposal.

2. The perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs of much delay having been caused owing to the repeated absence of the complainant in a case of a private complaint alleging offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 452 and 506(ii) of IPC. No notice is necessary as any direction for early disposal cannot work to the determinant of the complainant.

3. Learned District Munsif Court Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Thirumayam is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.43 of 2013 and dispose of the case, not later than two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order. Learned Magistrate is directed to take note of Section 256 Cr.P.C.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
