Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.MARTHANDA VARMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court by its order dated 29.04.2021, allowed the petition filed for condoning delay of 761 days, on condition that the petitioner shall pay cost of Rs.1,000/- payable by the petitioner to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
