ORDER

These petitions are filed (i)to set aside the order dated 09.11.2020 and restore C.M.P.(MD)No.11210 of 2016 in S.A.(MD)SR.No.56955 of 2014; (ii)to condone the delay of 530 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the above appeal; (iii)to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the above appeal; and (iv)to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are ordered subject to the payment of Rs.500/- 2/3

(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today (27.01.2025), failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

3.On receipt of such payment, Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
