Respondent PRAYER :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1292 of 2026 passed by this Court dated 23.01.2026.

Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate(Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1292 of 2026 passed by this Court dated 23.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that he is a 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily evening at 05.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
