ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.575 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 22 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 22 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.575 of 2026 on 12.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.575 of 2026 on 12.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.'' 12-02-2026 jbr To
