RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable Court order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 13288 of 2017 dated 28.09.2017 on the file of this Honorable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SEEMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 379 (NP) and 427 of I.P.C, in Crime No.116 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 27 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
