ORDER

Challenging the election notification issued by the fourth respondent for conducting election to Sourashtra Kalvi Kuzhu, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.According to the petitioner, earlier an election was conducted to the above society and the petitioner was elected as President, thereafter, Form VII, has been filed before the first respondent and the same is pending. While so, the second respondent is taking steps to conduct election by issuing fresh election notification dated 01.03.2018. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3.If at all the petitioner has any grievance over the issuance of election notification, the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court to get appropriate orders against the respondents 2 to 4 and he cannot maintain writ petition before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
