ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP. (MD)No.376 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for 14 days only.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No. 376 of 2026 on 09.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 376 of 2026 on 09.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.
