This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry in regard to the matrimonial dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the earlier complaint lodged by the third respondent was closed after enquiry and again, the second complaint has been given on the very same set of facts. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3453 of 2021 the respondent police that there was a matrimonial dispute between them and enquiry was closed and both parties undertook that they will abide by the Civil Court judgment. Based upon that, the enquiry has been closed and nothing survives for further adjudication.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
