12454 of 2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 417 & 506(i) of I.P.C r/w. Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in crime No.18 of 2017.

respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
