This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and her family members are harassed by the police under the guise of enquiry.
