This petition is filed for direction to transfer the case in crime No.175 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thuraiyur Police Station, Trichy District to some other investigating Officer and also direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.175 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thuraiyur Police Station, Trichy District has been closed as Action Dropped on 06.12.2014 and RCS also filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
