ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.687 of 2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent herein, quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions submitted that the case has been transferred to CCB in Cr.No.5 of 2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 is also closed.
