Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 506(i) I.P.C., while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 29.09.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to till now.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
