ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and file the charge sheet in Crime No.408 of 2013 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that investigation in Crime No.408 of 2013 was conducted and it was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and referred charge sheet has also been served.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
