ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed as against the order passed by the learned Family Court, Ramanathapuram in M.C.No.25 of 2021, dated 25.04.2022.

2. The petitioner herein is the husband and the respondents are his wife and children. When the matter was pending before the Court, the settlement agreement entered into between the petitioner and the respondents on 19.09.2024 before the Mediation Center and the same has been placed before me for my perusal.

3. A careful reading of the same would reveal that the petitioner husband has already deposited an amount of Rs.6,50,000/- in the name of the respondents 2 and 3 separately, i.e., a total amount of Rs.13,00,000/- in fixed deposit before the State Bank of India, Bharathi Nagar, Ramanathapuram. The settlement agreement, dated 19.09.2024 shall form part and parcel of the order and the same is extracted below: 2/7
