2. The case of the prosecution is that on 28.08.2022, based on the secret information, the respondent Police has conducted search and found that the accused persons were possessed with lottery tickets for selling purpose. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases to his credit and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 6.Considering the nature of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
