ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12077 of 2017 dated 20.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), and also considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to relax the condition already imposed by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
