O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for granting single plot regularization/DTCP approval in respect of plot No.3 in S.F.No.141/14 to an extent of 162 square metres.

2. Though the petitioner has given a request as early as in the year 2023, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has received written instructions and submitted that a fresh application has been received by the office of the first respondent on 09.01.2026 and the same is under scrutiny.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.01.2026 and pass orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
