ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.
2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that one Balu, father of a 16 year old minor girl, lodged a complaint against the petitioners with the second respondent / Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Devakottai, contending that his daughter was abducted by the son of the first petitioner and that all the petitioners abetted the commission of crime by the son of the first petitioner. Therefore, First Information Report in Crime No.28 of 2021 was registered against the petitioners.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3562 of 2021 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondents / police are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
