[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the petition is to direct the first respondent to grant 21 days ordinary leave without police escort to the petitioner's son namely Anbarasu, S/o.Sundararajan, aged about 25 years, Life Convict PID No.127624 confined at Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking dated 26.12.2025 and pass orders on own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of.
