This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records relating to the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.50/2014 A-3 dated 26.02.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and set aside the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
