MUTHU VIJAYAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and of MR.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN Advocate for Intervener the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452,323 I.P.C., @ 147, 148, 452, 324 I.P.C., Section 25(1A) of Arms Act and Section 9(B)(1) (b) Explosive Act in Crime No.345 of 2017, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 14.09.2017 to till now before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
