[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the respondent has no objection to the condonation of delay, we are inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
