COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the Contemnor/Respondents 3 1/4

and 4 for their willful, deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Honble Court made in WP(MD)Nos.7108, 7127 and 6725 of 2020 dated 14.10.2022.

COMMON ORDER This Court by order dated 14.10.2022 in WP(MD)Nos.7108, 7127 and 6725 of 2020, passed an order directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 20.12.2019 and 18.03.2020 respectively and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on either side 2/4

that the representations of the petitioners have already been considered and an order is passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1274/A4/2021, dated 16.03.2023.

3. In the light of the above, there is no violation of the order passed by this Court and accordingly, the Contempt Petitions are closed. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said proceedings dated 16.03.2023 though was passed long back, the same was not served and it is first time produced in the open Court today. This Court has taken note of the same and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
