2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.MANI ANAND for M/S.B.CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.MOHAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 29.09.2017 without any break and investigation is still pending in this case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and conduct of the petitioner in complying with the condition from 29.09.2017 onwards this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons.
