[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadass, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The writ petition, styled as a Public Interest Litigation, is filed to quash the impugned order dated 16.12.2020 passed by the first respondent.

3. At the time, when the writ petition was entertained, an order of interim stay was granted.

4. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 01.03.2021, stating that the licence / permission granted to the fourth respondent has been cancelled.

5. The copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 01.03.2021 is taken on file. However, if there is any theft of mineral / savudu, the respondents 1 to 3 should take appropriate action against the persons, who are involved in such activities.

6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
