ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to stop the unauthorized functioning of Pendecostal Church and conducting prayer with group of outsiders, which caused nuisance and also to remove the structure illegally put up in Re-Sy.No.532/6 of Kadiapattanam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, adjacent to the building bearing Door No. 7/176/94 of Muttom Village in Kanyakumari District without getting any approval.

2. Pending writ petition, the respondents 7 and 8 were given permission to run Pendecostal Church in the building situated in Re-Sy.No.532/6, Kadiapattanam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
