The petitioner is the wife of Pattamuthu, aged about 38 years and he has left the home without intimating his wife due to some financial crisis, unknowing that the petitioner has given a police complaint missing of Pattamuthu and also before this Court by way of filing Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.The respondent police found that the said Pattamuthu is in Palani and he has been secured.
3.Today, both the petitioner and the said Pattamuthu appeared before this Court and informed the Court that Pattamuthu has joined his family. Therefore, the petitioner had withdraw her Habeas Corpus Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn.
