ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to petitioner so as to run a Beauty Parlor namely Mellow Heir Treatment and Beauty Care situated at Rose Garden Street, Near Samson Service Centre, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli City, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 within time framed as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any documents.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit the relevant documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On such submission, the respondent police consider the same, within a period of four weeks, therefrom.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
