ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction by directing the 1st 1/4

Respondent to transfer the investigation of FIR No.358 of 2022 dt. 20.12.2022 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to some other Police Officer of the same rank.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, no further orders is required to be passed in this case and the Criminal Original petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum if she is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.
