This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioners forthwith for permanent shops as per the directions of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.8019 of 2016 dated 31.01.2025.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the shops were allotted in the flower market in the year 2000. Pending the earlier writ petition, an enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, it was found that five shops were allotted illegally. Hence, this Court, vide order dated 03.01.2025, passed in W.P.(MD).No.8019 of 2019, set aside the allotments and directed that the shops be allotted to the eligible persons in the order of seniority. He further submitted that the petitioners are eligible persons. However, the authorities have not executed the sale deed despite the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.8019 of 2019, dated 03.01.2025. Hence, the present petition is filed.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioners for executing the sale deed will be considered in view of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.8019 of 2019 dated 03.01.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the 3/6

representation of the petitioners on merits and pass appropriate orders in view of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.8019 of 2019 dated 03.01.2025, after giving due opportunity to the petitioners, as well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
