PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner and his family members for cultivating the land on the basis of his representation dated 22.02.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for cultivating the land on the basis of his representation dated 22.02.2022. 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
