ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a limited relief of seeking direction to the respondent to conclude the pending enquiry and 1/4

pass final orders on the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 18.11.2024.

2. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. The fact that the petitioner's appeal, which has been filed on 18.11.2024, is pending with the respondent is not in dispute. In fact, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the next date of hearing in the appeal is 18.03.2025.

5. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in the petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2024 within a period of six weeks from 18.03.2025.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
