This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.

(MD).SR.No.11520 of 2026.

2. Respondent No.1 has been served with notice and the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. Respondent No.2 remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
