Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A), 494, 506 (i) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.27 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court on 13.12.2010 and therefore, non-bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner.
3. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear and surrender before the Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application and the same shall be considered on the same day.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
