ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered in Crime No.46 of 2025 against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 131 and 351(3) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. In view of the alleged offences, it is clear that the alleged offences against the petitioner are bailable in nature.

3. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
