Prayer in Crl.RC(MD)NO.95 of 2022:- This Criminal Revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for records and set aside the order, dated 11.01.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.6459 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, consequently pass an order directing the Respondent to release the vehicle Renault Triber Car bearing Registration No.TN-67-BL-7158 for interim custody from the Respondent Police.

CRL MP(MD). No.3758 of 2022 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2022, made in Crl.RC(MD)No.95 of 2022, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
